Machines fleet
We have a fleet of 18 machines divided between machining centers (milling), vertical lathes and horizontal lathes.
Control
Per le attività di collaudo, oltre agli strumenti di misura tradizionali (calibri, micrometri, comparatori, altimetro, rugosimetro) disponiamo di:
- DEA STATUS GLOBAL three-dimensional measuring machine with Renishow orientable probe;
- MDM three-dimensional measuring machine;
STARRET profile projector with Quadra check 220 processor; - SPC benches for dedicated controls.

Programming
There is a room used for Cad-Cam programming with two latest generation software (EdgeCAM and HyperMILL) in 3, 4 and 5 axes, with multiple workstations directly connected to the network to the numerically controlled machinery.
